General Background
Son of Lord Berrigan and Lady Kaile of Fort Hold, Sieren is the fourth out of five sons, with three older brothers. He was born and raised at Fort Hold, apprenticed young to Harper Hall and posted to Ruatha Hold as a Journeyman for several turns after he walked the tables. He returned to the Hall to undertake advanced studies under one of the Law Masters and begin the long preparation to earn his own Master's knot. Under pressure from Lady Kaile, the Masterharper then sent Sieren to the Caucus at the Reaches to continue his advanced political training. Again, at Lady Fort's instigation, the Masterharper was encouraged to work out a posting for Sieren at the Lemosan Caucus as a Law Instructor.
